White Mountain Skin Care wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following return policies as we insist that you check shipments before accepting them.
We do our best to ensure your product order is packed and delivered safely via USPS Priority Mail. On occasion the contents may have been abused without signs of distress on the box exterior (dropping, crushing, thrown or kicked). Open the box in front of the courier whenever possible before accepting delivery. If the product looks like it has been damaged from the results of shipping, do not except it! Please add $2.00 (USD) for insurance to protect your order.
We have a high degree of cleanliness and thorough testing of products before it ever leaves our contracted manufacturing facility. Not to say a production error would ever occur. If you feel that there is a noticeable flaw in our product, call us immediately. We accept no product returns due to one’s personal aroma preferences due to the essential oils used as we add no fragrance scents of any type.
If for some reason our product does not live up to your expectations, we will take it back without question. Returning product will be your responsibility (like returning merchandise to a store). There is a 25% charge of the value of the item if unopened or opened to cover disposal as we do not resell or repackage returned items and the expense of the return shipping of the product is the customer’s responsibility.
White Mountain Skin Care assumes no liability for misuse or abuse of its products. Common sense prevails. Read the instructions carefully. If you have allergies or adverse reactions to certain ingredients, read the label before using. Whether ingested, damage to property, materials, clothing or personal injury resulting from using our product in a careless or inconsistent manor, or in a way inconsistent with label directions and specifications we are neither responsible nor liable. Customer is responsible to check the ingredient label to carefully check for possible allergic reactions. Many essential oils are derived from fruits, nuts, and herbs. Please read all label information carefully.
